Jeff's experience in assisting clients has focused on automated data conversions, software system planning, implementation, all facets of accounting staff instruction and training, software and accounting support, financial analysis for banks and bonding companies, and custom software development.
Since founding ASG, in 1997, Jeff, has concentrated in construction accounting data conversions. He has developed conversion programs that have successfully converted data for hundreds of companies. In addition, he has specific experience in custom software development and application interfacing.
Prior to founding ASG, he served as a controller to several large construction companies where he developed hands-on experience in training and managing accounting and administrative staff. His expertise includes design, implementation, and maintenance of accounting systems. The aforementioned requires extensive knowledge in financial statement preparation and presentation to Directors, work-in-process, employee benefits administration, cash flow planning, collections, tax filings, preparation of labor bid rates, instructing Project Managers and Estimators in the use of Job Cost Systems, audit preparation (year end, union, sales tax, IRS, and insurance), software evaluation and purchase, insurances, and Overhead budgeting.

Jeff earned his degree in Business Information Systems and Accounting from San Diego State University and a degree in Programming from Northwest Technical College.
